What can you expect?
- You will support our customers with the introduction and implementation of SmartRecruiters
- You will actively use your expertise in the system - from configuration to training key users
- You advise on the optimization of recruiting processes and develop customer-specific solutions
- You act as an interface between HR and IT - analytical, solution-oriented and service-oriented
- You are involved in (partial) project management and actively shape internal processes
- You work flexibly - remotely or on site at the customer's premises - with confidence and personal responsibility
What are you bringing with you?
- Completed studies (e.g. business administration, business informatics, psychology) or comparable qualification
- Valid SmartRecruiters certification
- Professional experience in HR software, digitalization or consulting desirable
- Interest in HR tech, process optimization and digital recruiting solutions
- Strong communication skills, initiative and team spirit
- Analytical mindset and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tools and topics
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
