We are looking for you!

As an HR Implementation Consultant (m/f/d), you will accompany exciting implementation projects and support our customers in the digitalization and optimization of their HR processes. Whether corporate or medium-sized company - you will analyze existing processes and advise your customers on the optimal use of modern HR software solutions.

A valid Cornerstone OnDemand Core certification is a prerequisite for this position. We look forward to receiving applications from qualified candidates who would like to get directly involved in exciting customer projects.

What can you expect?

  • You will support the implementation of HR software with a focus on Cornerstone OnDemand
  • You actively contribute your experience with Cornerstone OnDemand to customer projects
  • You are the central contact person for questions regarding the optimization of HR processes using Cornerstone OnDemand
  • You act as an interface between HR and IT and support our customers in their digital transformation
  • You will work on projects for the selection, introduction and further development of HR software solutions
  • You can actively contribute to internal processes
  • You have the opportunity for mobile working and trust-based working hours
  • You will have the opportunity to become certified in other Cornerstone OnDemand modules

What are you bringing with you?
  • You have successfully completed a university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology, or a related field.

  • You hold a valid Cornerstone OnDemand Core certification. Additional certifications in Learning, Recruiting/Onboarding, or Performance are advantageous but not mandatory.

  • You have already gained some professional experience, ideally in a consulting environment.

  • You possess strong communication skills, enjoy working in a team, are willing to travel, and enjoy collaborating with clients.

  • You have a strong affinity for HR and/or IT topics as well as an interest in process optimization.

  • You have analytical skills and are willing to engage with new and complex topics.

  • You have knowledge of project management and process development and are proficient in MS Office.

  • You think entrepreneurially, act proactively, and take ownership of your topics – from idea to implementation.

  • You are able to think problems through end-to-end and independently develop well-thought-out, sustainable solutions.

  • You work solution-oriented, regularly reflect on your own actions, and continuously develop yourself.

  • You communicate fluently in German and English – both spoken and written.
