What can you expect?
- You will support our customers in the implementation of UKG Pro Worforce Management (WFM) and build up our internal UKG Pro WFM team.
- You will be responsible for project management and manage the introduction, configuration and continuous optimization of UKG Pro WFM solutions for our customers.
- You will analyze existing workforce management processes, identify optimization potential and develop tailor-made strategies.
- You will integrate UKG Pro WFM into existing HR, payroll and ERP systems and ensure smooth data processing.
- You build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities for innovative WFM solutions.
- You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and implement suitable solutions.
- You create reports, dashboards and KPI analyses to support decision-making.
- You analyze and optimize working time and shift planning processes to achieve efficiency gains.
- You will be responsible for training and supporting users and will be the central point of contact for technical questions about UKG Pro WFM.
What are you bringing with you?
- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, computer science or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of workforce management
- Certification in UKG Pro Workforce Management
- In-depth knowledge of time management, shift planning, working time models and compliance requirements
- Experience with the introduction and optimization of cloud-based HR or WFM solutions
- Analytical and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of personal responsibility
- High level of communication and consulting skills for cooperation with various specialist departments
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
