What can you expect?
- You accompany HR software implementations at our customers - these include both corporations and medium-sized companies
- You analyze your customers' existing HR processes and advise them on the implementation and optimization of HR software
- You are the central point of contact for questions relating to the optimization of existing HR processes
- You are the interface between IT and HR - you translate HR requirements into workflows and ensure correct process mapping
- You coordinate the customer project and are responsible for project management
What are you bringing with you?
- You have successfully completed a degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field
- You have gained initial professional experience through various internships in the HR field and have become familiar with working in a digital HR setup
- You communicate confidently and convincingly in German and English – both orally and in writing
- You think entrepreneurially, act proactively, and take responsibility for your topics – from the idea to implementation
- You work independently, are flexible, and willing to travel occasionally
- You critically question existing processes and independently develop well-thought-out, sustainable solutions
- You have a strong affinity for IT and pronounced analytical thinking skills and quickly find your way in complex contexts
- You work solution-oriented, regularly reflect on your actions, and continuously develop yourself
