Would you like to gain practical experience in marketing at a modern HR IT consultancy whilst immersing yourself in the exciting world of HR, digitalisation and software? Are you interested in content, digital marketing strategies and modern technologies such as artificial intelligence? Then you’ve come to the right place.

What can you expect?

You’ll develop creative marketing initiatives for LinkedIn, our website, newsletters and other digital channels.
You’ll create content tailored to specific target audiences and help to grow our brand and employer branding.
You’ll work with HubSpot and help us with marketing automation and the implementation of campaigns.
You’ll use modern AI tools to create content, develop ideas and make marketing processes more efficient.
You’ll analyse marketing initiatives, identify opportunities for optimisation and provide support for events and other projects.

What do you bring to the table?

Ideally, you’ll have the following:

You are studying marketing, communications, business or a similar bachelor’s or master’s degree programme.
You’re interested in marketing, digitalisation and modern technologies.
Some experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM tool.
An interest in using modern AI tools in your day-to-day work.
You work independently and in a structured manner, and enjoy contributing your own ideas.
You have a very good command of German and English.
