You will guide clients through complex decisions, orchestrate internal and external experts, prioritise roadmaps and ensure that projects have a measurable impact.

What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for project management: planning, control, quality assurance, communication.
  • You will analyse HR processes and system landscapes and derive a target picture.
  • You will carry out a structured software selection: Gathering requirements, setting up evaluations, moderating workshops, creating decision templates.
  • You lead the consulting part for our competence/skill management, keep an eye on the topics and continuously develop approaches, frameworks and processes - in close cooperation with management, stakeholders and colleagues.
  • You design an integrated HR setup across the entire employee lifecycle (processes, data flows, tool harmonisation, roadmaps).
  • You identify and evaluate meaningful AI use cases in HR, clarify data, tools and guidelines and accompany change and enablement.
  • You coach team members and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • You will be responsible for stakeholder management and workshop moderation.
  • You will be responsible for resource and capacity planning in the project as well as onboarding and handovers.
  • You will carry out final reviews, secure learnings and make them usable for follow-up projects.

What are you bringing with you?
  • You have several years of experience in managing HR IT consulting projects and are confident in workshops, moderation and decision-making.
  • You understand common HR processes and their mapping in systems very well. You are proficient in at least one key area:
    • HR IT architecture and software selection
    • Integrated HR landscapes across the employee lifecycle
    • AI in HR (use cases, data, tool comparison, guidelines)
  • You work analytically, communicate clearly, take a structured approach and are confident in stakeholder management.
  • You communicate fluently and convincingly in German and English - both orally and in writing.
