Project management
We coordinate all the steps with you and accompany you during the migration. From the preparatory tasks to implementation and joint completion. We keep an eye on important milestones and time limits so that countermeasures can be taken at an early stage if necessary.
System knowledge
Thanks to our comprehensive knowledge of the system, we can point out risks at an early stage and suggest suitable solutions. Can the structure be transferred 1:1 from the old system? Where are adaptations to a new logic necessary? What is the best way to do this?
Metadata assignment
Mapping metadata is not always easy. With the help of mappings, employee names can be mapped to employee IDs, folder names can be transformed into document types and titles and dates can be set using a modular building block approach.
Validation
From file names to the exclusion of certain formats or titles, various parameters can be set during migration to meet your individual needs. For example, should the five versions of the Word templates for employment contracts be excluded from migration? No problem, we simply exclude them from the import based on certain criteria .
Preparation for import
The system offers two ways to automate the import of documents: via SFTP or REST API. We will work with you to find out which method is the right one for your specific case.
