Our history

2024: The world, our working methods and framework conditions are changing rapidly. We are transforming our company and reorganizing ourselves.

The core of the alliantis brand will be the People & Tech Life Cycle, which we will use to align our product and service portfolio. We are expanding our partnerships in strategically relevant fields and reorganizing our internal processes and responsibilities:

  • We are introducing a new employee and marketing model and tools
  • We are working strictly according to OKRs and quarterly performance measurements in order to offer our customers the agility they need today
  • We are establishing new customer surveys and satisfaction measurements
  • We are developing a new product portfolio and leading edge approaches

We are delighted to expand into the market with a new corporate identity that reflects our values.

2021-2023: We are actively investing in the future, developing new positioning and further expanding the team, business units and partnerships. We achieve the goals we have set ourselves and dedicate ourselves to the strategic development of the company.

2020-2021: At the beginning of 2020, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Future Talents Report and our company in Berlin.

At the same time, the COVID-19 pandemic brings unexpected challenges, but leads to an accelerated digitalization push. Despite a difficult second quarter, we achieve a respectable annual result.

2018-2020: With a young, committed team, we are setting the course for sustainable growth. Internal functions have been focused on marketing and service delivery, laying the foundation for growth in the coming years.

2016-2018: Digitization is also gaining momentum in the SME sector. We complete our 250th customer project by the end of 2018 and reorganize our management team.

2015: The market for HR software changed with the emergence of SaaS solutions. We respond to this by initiating various communities of practice, roundtables and studies.

We are expanding strongly in the German SME sector, which in some cases has a large digitalization backlog.

2014: We enter into a partnership with Haufe Talent Management (formerly umantis). This collaboration led to over 150 successful joint projects and made us the exclusive implementation partner in Germany.

At the same time, we have managed to grow to over 40 people and are taking the first steps into the cloud together with our customers.

2012-2014: With projects for two DAX 30 companies in the field of digitalization, the slogan "Delivering Next Generation HR Today" was established. We cooperate with HR software manufacturers and also operate on the market with an independent consulting portfolio.

2010-2012: We start with a handful of people with a first project that is quite something: The implementation of a performance management process (at that time still on-premise) in 80 countries for >50,000 employees and at the same time start the first attempts to set up our service portfolio under the "CLEVIS" brand.

What does the name alliantis mean?

Alliantis uniquely combines people and technology in the People & Tech world and stands for a holistic People & Tech Life Cycle like no other company. We are the partner for consulting and digitalization of People, Culture & Tech solutions that support both employees and companies. Our actions combine reliability, joint collaboration and solution-oriented action to create sustainable integration between people and technology.

What does our logo mean?

Both areas (People & Tech) form a joint alliance (alliantis) and visualize this balance in an approachable way with three overlapping circle segments of different diameters. The colors are accentuated with orange, mint, pink and blue tones, which stand for personality, motivation, stability and reliability.
