The strategy phase offers customized measures based on benchmarking and specifically tailored to the industry. In the analysis phase, we use existing data that the company has already collected, such as employee turnover rates, engagement surveys and other retention metrics. For the Plus and Premium packages, we also offer the option of collecting additional data, for example through employee surveys or specific data collection tools. The type of data collected and the amount of work involved is agreed depending on the package in order to create a solid basis for action planning.
In the Basic package, your team implements the proposed measures independently, with us providing the plan. In the Plus package, we offer support in launching the measures and a follow-up to facilitate the implementation process.
