Focus on digitalization: The HR transformation at indisoft

Before the introduction of Emply, indisoft was faced with the problem of inefficient HR processes that were characterized by manual work and a lack of transparency. Personnel files were still kept manually, which made it difficult to keep track of things and took up a lot of time. The recording of working hours was manual and confusing, making reliable control almost impossible. In addition, the payroll process was prone to errors and involved a high payroll cost. Without digital support, many processes remained inefficient, resulting in a lack of structure and efficiency in HR administration.

In order to support indisoft in its HR transformation, we implemented Emply as a perfect fit. With our extensive experience, we jointly developed the goals of the implementation. Based on indisoft's capacities and requirements, we created a realistic project plan. First, we introduced the digital personnel file, which enables centralized and secure document management. At the same time, we digitized the working time recording for more transparency and more user-friendliness by introducing the Emply app. The automation of absence management provides an overview and efficiency, while structured approval processes can be processed in a traceable and timely manner by those involved. The optimized payroll process minimizes errors through seamless integration. Our collaboration on the project was characterized by an intensive exchange, which was crucial to its success. Questions were always clarified promptly by alliantis, and challenges and problems were solved effectively. Training and check-ins accompanied the introduction to ensure acceptance and a smooth changeover.

By implementing Emply, indisoft has sustainably optimized its HR processes. The digital personnel file provides a central, reliable data source. Employees benefit from transparent time recording, which reduces administrative work. Payroll processing has become more efficient, automated processes save time and minimize errors.
