Kick-off & process definition

We define the framework conditions (time, scope, budget) of the project and work out your recruiting process together.

Admin training & configuration

We train you as system administrators and configure your process in the software together. We will also talk to your colleagues who are responsible for the technical aspects of the careers page about how to integrate the jobs in your CI on your website.

IT, data protection & co-determination

We pick up your stakeholders and project participants and discuss together which tasks are required for the go-live (security settings, anonymization and deletion deadlines, etc.).

We use status calls to check the progress of outstanding tasks.

Go-live & project completion

Everything is ready and the go-live can take place. During the hypercare phase, we are still available to answer any questions you may have. After three to four weeks, the project is completed and we hand you over to Umantis support.
