How does a project work?

Based on our many years of experience, we have developed implementation packages together with Haufe, in which we work with standardized best practice approaches, but can also respond to your organization-specific requirements. This enables a financially attractive package.

How long does a project usually take?

We plan a project with a project duration of around four to five months. However, the project duration is largely determined by the availability of resources in the customer project team. We recommend realistically planning in advance how many resources are available in addition to day-to-day business.

Which departments should we involve in the project?

Haufe Ready is a software that can be introduced by the HR department itself. However, there are individual tasks for which we will involve other departments in your organization:

  • IT department: We need your colleagues in particular for topics such as security settings, sending emails and single sign-on.
  • Data protection & co-determination: Personal data is processed in Haufe Ready, which is why we should involve the data protection officers and, if available, co-determination.

Early planning and communication helps us in the project. Change always takes the same amount of time - the earlier we start, the better.
