        We are looking for you!

        We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d), ideally with Employee Central or Onboarding 2.0 experience. You will become part of our SmartRecruiters team, which has already supported more than 100 customers in the introduction of SmartRecruiters in recent years, and complete the new SAP SmartRecruiters certification. As part of the team, you will now accompany customers during the SmartRecruiters implementation and design robust end-to-end HR processes across all modules.

        What can you expect?

          • You will start in the SmartRecruiters environment in consulting and configuration and then develop towards SAP SuccessFactors.
          • You will support our customers with the introduction and implementation.
          • You will actively use your expertise in the system - from configuration to training key users.
          • You advise on the optimization of recruiting processes and develop customer-specific solutions.
          • You act as an interface between HR and IT - analytical, solution-oriented and service-oriented.
          • You will be involved in (partial) project management and actively shape internal processes.
          • You contribute your existing SAP knowledge to the team, actively shape the further training of your colleagues and become a SmartRecruiters expert at the same time.

        What are you bringing with you?
          • You have sound professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors, as well as certification in Employee Central or Onboarding 2.0.
          • You are a strong communicator, show initiative and enjoy working in a team.
          • You have an analytical mindset and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tools and topics.
          • You think entrepreneurially, act proactively and take ownership of your tasks - from idea to implementation.
          • You can think through problems end-to-end and independently develop sustainable solutions.
          • You work in a solution-oriented manner, regularly reflect on your own actions and continuously develop yourself further.
          • You communicate confidently and convincingly in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
