Simplicity as a success factor: How clear processes increase user acceptance
The implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Recruiting usually takes 3 to 6 months, especially when deployed globally. However, for one of our clients, due to external circumstances, we were able to go live with a limited version in just 6 weeks. This was achieved by streamlining and simplifying the processes, allowing us to focus on a lean and effective recruitment process.
A similar success was achieved in the learning module. Here we provided mandatory training for several thousand head office employees in record time. Thanks to the intuitive user interface, employees were able to work with the system immediately without any major training effort.
These projects show that by focusing on clear and simple structures, a fast and successful implementation is possible, even of such a large solution as an HR suite, which offers users real added value.

Objective
The aim of the project was to enable a fast and efficient implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Recruiting and Learning. The focus was to be on reducing process complexity in order to create a lean and effective workflow that meets the needs of the company and can be used productively quickly.
It was important to us not only to gain speed, but also to ensure a high level of user-friendliness that makes day-to-day work easier. We wanted to create added value that goes beyond pure technology and makes it noticeably easier for employees to get started.

Results
Within just 6 weeks, we were able to go live with the recruiting module and provide mandatory training for several thousand employees in their new learning tool. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, employees found their way around immediately and were able to get started without much training. This project impressively demonstrates how clear structures and focused processes can not only achieve rapid implementation, but also a high level of user acceptance.
