Digital File & People Assist - Successful introduction of Haufe People Operations
The introduction of a digital file is often associated with changes to existing HR processes. For our client "Die Radiologie", we were not only able to completely replace an existing solution with Haufe People Operations, but also create well thought-out structures and templates that significantly simplify day-to-day HR work.
In the first step, the digital file was introduced - including a clear document structure and individual templates for efficient document creation. The second step was the rollout of People Assist as a self-service platform for employees. This makes it possible to submit requests centrally, retrieve knowledge independently and relieve the HR department in the long term.
This introduction shows how modern HR technology offers employees real added value and can make internal processes significantly more efficient.

Project description
Objective
The aim of the project was to introduce a new digital file to replace a previous system and establish a modern self-service portal for employees. The solution not only had to be technically impressive, but also intuitive and efficient to use on a daily basis.

Results
The digital file was successfully introduced - with a clear structure, customized templates and intuitive usability. Acceptance in the HR team was high right from the start.
With the subsequent rollout of People Assist, employees now have access to a central service portal and integrated knowledge management. This relieves the burden on the HR department, while at the same time increasing transparency and employee satisfaction.
