As Project Manager Digital HR Transformation (m/f/d), you will successfully manage the digitization and transformation projects in the HR area of our customers from various industries through the entire project life cycle - from tendering to completion. Your clients include medium-sized hidden champions and growing start-ups as well as large international corporations.

Here's what you can expect in detail:
  • As a program and project manager, you will accompany our customers through the digital transformation of their HR processes - whether designing HR and HR IT strategies, selecting the right HR tech solutions or implementing modern software solutions, your projects are varied
  • Depending on the customer, you will apply classic project management concepts or agile methods
  • You are a reliable and trustworthy contact person for your customers and communicate with professional and technical contacts as well as with top management in a binding manner and at eye level
  • You also understand your role as an account manager and build and develop customer relationships
  • You actively take responsibility for your project team and contribute to the further development of the consultants in the project through constructive leadership
  • You can also help shape our internal processes and actively contribute your ideas
  • You have the option of mobile working and trust-based working hours
  • You will have the opportunity to become certified in future-proof software solutions such as Cornerstone onDemand, SmartRecruiters, UKG and others

What are you bringing with you?
  • Several years of experience as (partial) project manager for HR and HR IT transformation projects
  • Passion for the digitalization of modern HR concepts and enjoy combining technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work
  • Experience with system implementation in the HR area
  • High level of reliability, team spirit and initial leadership experience in various teams
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Project management certifications an advantage
  • Strong presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills
  • Successfully completed (technical) university degree, preferably in the fields of business administration, business informatics, psychology, a related course of study or comparable training
