What can you expect?

You support our customers from the go-live and are available for professional and technical questions (1st and 2nd level support)

You develop customer-specific content strategies and structure learning content on the Cornerstone platform
-
You carry out admin training, regular check-ins and enablement measures
-
You advise on learning processes and develop concepts on how content can be communicated effectively
-
You analyze requirements, participate in process workshops and help shape customer success structures internally

You have a lot of creative freedom and the long-term opportunity to build your own team

Initial experience with HR software, ideally LMS software

Completed degree (e.g. HR, education, IT) or comparable qualification
-
First professional experience in customer success, (HR) consulting, support or administration of web applications

Strong customer and solution orientation and strong communication skills
-
Self-organized, structured way of working and quick comprehension skills

Very good written and spoken German and English skills (German at C1 Level required)

Enjoy working with innovative HR software and varied customer projects
