As a (Junior) HR Implementation Consultant (m/f/d) you will oversee implementation projects and support our customers in optimizing and digitizing their HR processes. Whether corporate or medium-sized company - you will scrutinize existing processes and advise your customers on the best possible use of the new software.

What can you expect?
- You accompany HR software implementations at our customers - these include both corporations and medium-sized companies
- You analyze your customers' existing HR processes and advise them on the implementation and optimization of HR software
- You are the central point of contact for questions relating to the optimization of existing HR processes
- You are the interface between IT and HR - you translate HR requirements into workflows and ensure correct process mapping
- You coordinate the customer project and are responsible for project management
- You have gained initial professional experience through various internships in HR and have familiarized yourself with working in a digital HR setup
- You have an affinity for IT, strong analytical skills and enjoy questioning and optimizing existing processes
- You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration, business informatics, psychology, social sciences or a related field of study
- You speak and write very good English and German
- You are willing to travel and would like to work independently and flexibly
