The client faced the challenge of implementing an efficient international payroll process with their global provider.
The goal was to centralize and integrate payroll for over 1000 employees in different countries, with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
Particular attention was paid to Germany to manage benefits and support tax audits.

Payroll was switched from SAP HCM on Premise to another product. At the same time, a separate recruiting system, a talent management suite and other third-party systems were used.
This made it necessary to review the entire HR IT architecture. In addition, the data quality and data exchange between the systems had to be reorganized.
Reporting quality
Single Source of Truth
The reporting figures in the company did not match the reality. Why does the time-to-hire report talk about 60 days when we actually only need 50 days?
Through our project, we identified the data points and were able to increase the reporting quantity, restore and improve the quality, and also massively expand the key figures.
